We are Ganzenhof Cider, Belgium's first genuine craft cidery, located in the village of Imde, Flemish Brabant. We produce contemporary ciders renowned for their crisp elegance, lightness, and distinctive character, using 100% pure juice from locally grown Belgian apples. Our range includes varieties such as Ganzenhof Demi-Sec, Ganzenhof Sec, and limited editions like Ganzenhof Wild Ferment. Established in 2019, we celebrate the renaissance of Belgian cider by combining traditional methods with a strong focus on community and local heritage.
